What I would do to diagnose is this: Shut off boiler and let cool to under 100° Let water out of the system to drop the pressure to 12 PSI.

Dec 29, 2012 · It was operating at 130 degrees F and about 5-10 psi (I've read some other posts and so I confirmed the pressure by a separate pressure gauge on the drain valve). I'm not familiar with this type of system so I downloaded the manual for the boiler but couldn't find nominal operating condition in it.
